Lighting the scene using different passes

This week we were given a 3D model created and rendered in Maya and it's different light passes. The passes given to us were: Ambient Occlusion, Z-depth, Toon Line, ID Pass, Normal pass. We had to combine these passes to color the whole scene which would focus a part of the scene which we want the viewer to focus on. The given scene is as follows:

 

I wanted to focus on the guy in the top center and the scene looked like they all were looking at something. So I lit up the scene as per the idea that there is a fire which everyone is looking at. Although the whole background is cool, the fire makes every element in the scene really warm. The final scene looked like below:
